Prior to the sale all stylists must do pre-calls to all their assigned brides. During this pre-call you must touch base and hit the following points.
- Length of the appointment. (1hr)
- 10min grace period (if bride is late the appointment will be canceled at 10min)
- No children under 14 allowed
- Only 3 guests allowed (no exceptions)
- Bride must have 5 favorites before their appointment
- If bride doesn’t have 5 favorites 2 days before appointment you must contact them again to remind them
- Dresses will go live on the 17th and available through their dashboard link under “Summer Luxe Sale”
- Dresses cannot be held
- It’s a first come/first serve basis
- Sale dresses will START at $799
- dress at $799 are Cash and carry
- Layaway is available for dresses more than $799
It’s important for every bride to understand how the sale appointment will work and how preselecting the dresses will help her maximize her time.
Are clients restricted to only try on sale dresses? No, but the 1hr appointment does limit the amount of dresses they can try on. If they’d prefer to have their 1.5hr appointment, recommend they reschedule.
Will they get their $50 refunded. Yes, if they come to their appointment on time, their $50 will be refunded to their original method of payment. If their appointment is canceled for arriving late, the $50 is not refunded.
Can the bride order a sale dress if it doesn’t fit? If the dress is not discontinued, yes. But not for $799. It would be ordered at the regular price.
Can we offer the “Love at First Sight?” Not for the sale dresses. We can offer a 10% off accessories and gift shop. (Good for a week) Promotion available is 10% off accessories, 30% off preservation/steaming PACKAGE or 50% off steaming alone.(1 week to decide)
Can brides that have a regular signature appointment try on sale dresses during the presale? No, they must have a Summer Luxe Sale appointment.
