Pay: $8–$15/hour + Commission

Job Description

Sposa Mia Couture is seeking a polished, sales-driven Bridal Stylist to join our team. Our stylists guide brides through one of the most meaningful moments of their lives—finding their wedding gown.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering an elevated, luxury customer experience while achieving strong sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-end, personalized bridal experience for every client
  • Guide brides through gown selection, styling, and final decision-making
  • Sell bridal gowns, veils, and accessories
  • Meet and exceed individual sales and conversion goals
  • Conduct appointments on time and manage follow-ups effectively
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of designers and collections
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Create a positive and professional environment for clients and team members
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom, fitting rooms, and stock areas
  • Support inventory, merchandising, and in-store projects as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous bridal experience is not required; strong sales ability is essential
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, appointment-based environment
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

Compensation & Schedule

  • Hourly pay plus commission
  • Additional tips may be received at the discretion of the client
  • Part-time and full-time opportunities available
  • Saturday availability required

Top-performing stylists typically earn between $25–$52 per hour when combining hourly pay, commission, tips, and bonuses.
